The BBC page devoted to Wales ran a story on what Welsh Secretary Peter Hain had to say with respect to the Olympics and Wales. The BBC page devoted to England ran a story about London beating Paris. Which minister felt that it was his or her duty to speak up about what the games meant for England? None. The reason why this is the case should be obvious to all.
